**Additional sponsor passes can be purchased at a cost of AUD150 + GST per attendee / per event.

Please note that there is a cap on the number of sponsor attendees permitted, based on the inclusions of your selected package.
We’re sharing this reminder to help avoid any potentially awkward situations on the day, such as more sponsor representatives arriving than are allowed under your package.

Our goal is to ensure you get the most value from your involvement in the conference, while also maintaining fair and consistent arrangements for all sponsors.

Maximum total extra passes allowed to be purchased per event:

• Platinum – six extra passes
• Gold – five extra passes
• Silver Plus/ Silver – four extra passes
• Bronze – three extra passes

This cost will be added to any final / outstanding sponsorship invoices if not paid prior.

All event sponsors must submit content by the specified deadline to ensure that their posts are published. If the deadline is missed, there will be no opportunity to submit at a later date.

Deliveries of Exhibitor Goods

• Deliveries only accepted on Friday 12th or Monday 15th September.
• Deliveries must have delivery label below attached.
• Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre staff will only sign for deliveries between
  8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. They will not accept responsibility for items left at the
  loading dock outside of these times.

Collection of Exhibitor Goods

• All boxes left for pick up must be labelled and collected by Wednesday 17th September.

Deliveries of Exhibitor Goods
The Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart – Macquarie Street Loading Bay, Hobart 7000.

• Macquarie Street loading dock: All deliveries need to be labelled correctly using the delivery label. Goods that are not labelled clearly will not be accepted. HGCH may sign for goods but accepts no responsibility for the security or safety of goods delivered into the venue.
• Deliveries will only be accepted a maximum of three days prior to the event. HGCH reserves the right to refuse delivery of items prior to this. Deliveries are limited to the following size: 1.20M W by 2.00 H by 1.20M DĀ
  Maximum weight: 1800kg (service lift access)
  Loading Dock height: Ground to platform 1.20M

• Goods must be collected 1 working day after the event has concluded and be labelled for courier. Items not collected may be disposed of by the Hotel.

Deliveries of Exhibitor Goods

• Loading dock is accessible from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Deliveries will only be accepted a maximum of three days prior to the event.
• The Hotel does not offer any warranty on the security of items. All materials and supplies delivered to the hotel are at the sender’s own risk. Hotel staff will not confirm delivery. Your chosen courier company will confirm the delivery of goods.

Booth food and beverage rules for each venue

Melbourne
MCEC has the sole catering rights for all food and beverage products. Exhibitors are not permitted to bring food and beverage into MCEC from outside sources. Exceptions only apply in circumstances related to food or beverage tastings. To submit a request for approval of any sampling please complete the Food and Beverage Sampling and Selling Form.

You may boost your stand with an activation from MCEC if ordered no later than seven days before event to exservices@mcec.com.au

Only with the written approval from the Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart (HGCH) will the exhibitors be permitted to distribute, sell or give away items of food or drink that is not supplied directly by HGCH. Sustainability at JuiceIT

Addressing environmental impact is among the most pressing priorities facing today’s world, and every responsible business and individual has a part to play. At Data^#3, we take this duty seriously, and we actively pursue environmentally sound practices to incorporate into our daily business activities.

Data^#3 encourages all JuiceIT 2025 sponsors to help create a sustainable event.

Areas to consider sustainable, eco-friendly alternatives include merchandise, handouts and more. Here are a few ideas to help plan your JuiceIT activities.

• Merchandise – Replace merchandise (including single use plastics) with charity donations or by purchasing sustainable, high quality items
• Promotional Printing – Replace printed promotional materials with QR codes
• Point-In-Time Clothing – Use pre-existing corporate uniforms, instead of customised shirts for point-in-time events

Prizes

Data^#3 are no longer hosting a prize draw during afternoon networking drinks at JuiceIT.

Sponsors are welcome to use a prize as a means of delegate engagement on booths, however it is the responsibility of the sponsors organisation to select the winner and deliver it to them.

Electrical items (not supplied from Outstanding Displays)

All electrical devices outside of what Outstanding Displays are suppling will need to have been electrical tested and tagged: must display up to date testing and tagging in accordance with the relevant Australian/New Zealand standards.

Sponsor travel & accommodation

Travel and accommodation expenses for attending sponsor representatives are outside of the sponsorship costs and event management. All travel and accommodation is at the discretion and management of the individual sponsor.

Device re-charge

A small device recharge station will be available at the registration desk over the course of the day. Devices will need to be signed in, and out and are left at the owner’s discretion. Proof of ID will be requested when signing device out. This is for use by all attendees.

Storage

There is no storage onsite or security personnel monitoring items. As such, it is suggested that staff keep their personal items to a minimum.

Event photography

Please note that a team of dedicated event photographers will be onsite at the event. They will be taking photographs of the main trade area, sponsor booths, delegates, sessions and other event related items. These images may be used in the public promotion of future JuiceIT events.

Social media

You are encouraged to share / re-post what is posted to the Data^#3 account. Feel free to share your own positive experiences about sessions & the event.

Presentations

Please email through your presentation at least three working days prior to each event. Please provide the copy you wish to present on the day (including speaker notes / animation etc), as well as a PDF version that can be shared with delegates post event. Please omit any speaker notes from this version and watermark if required by your organistation.
