Data#3 Wins National Employer of Choice Award for Second Year in a Row

Leading Australian Technology Provider, Data#3, today announced that it was named one of Australia’s best large companies (500+ Employees) in the Human Resources Director magazine, also known as Human Capital Online.

The award is based on results from a national survey of hundreds of companies from many industries and recognises companies that were rated the best by their employees across several different aspects of satisfaction.

Data#3 Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Laurence Baynham, commented, “The continued focus and investment in our people is fundamental in making Data#3 a great place to work. Our company vision is centred on harnessing the power of people and technology for a better future, and as such, the success of our people paves the way for our success.”

“Our core values of honesty, excellence, agility, respect and teamwork, are at the heart of everything that we do, and this award reflects the dedication of many within Data#3, in particular, the HR department. Thank you to everyone involved – I’m extremely proud to accept this award on behalf of the company,” concluded Baynham.

Data#3 also finished strongly in a number of sub-categories, including reward & recognition and health & wellbeing. The placements were a testament to the company’s ability to help employees focus on themselves and improve physical, mental and emotional health, and numerous national and state-based reward and recognition programs.

Data#3 National Manager of Organisational Development & Human Resources, Tash Macknish, commented, “I am honoured to receive this accolade on behalf of Data#3. To be awarded an Employer of Choice Award two years in a row demonstrates the hard work, commitment, and engagement of our people, especially in a time of digital disruption.”

Macknish continued, “Staff that achieve wellbeing at work are likely to be more creative, loyal and productive. Our employees are fundamental to our success and we are always aware of trying to balance their needs with the needs of the business. We have a focus on continued improvement and we regularly seek feedback from our people, partners, customers, and industry leaders and use this to inform our strategic plan.”
