If you are tired of tracking software contracts, entitlements and purchase information in a spreadsheet, this service will enable you to store all these records in a central online repository.
The SaaS Asset Management service is an entry level Managed Service. Data#3 will host a Snow License Manager 8 instance for you on our platform, while you have the freedom to use it.
We will ensure the system is available for you based on agreed SLA’s. As part of the service, Data#3 will also help you to implement the Solution. It’s simple…it’s SaaS.
This service is focused on simply taking away the grind work, so you can focus on more important things, such as compliance management. The Essential Asset Management service ensures the inventory and purchase order information in the Snow platform is current and accurate. Data#3 will also process the purchase order information into licensing entitlement records.
Please note, under this agreement, Data#3 is not responsible for any licensing compliance. For a Managed Service where compliance is also managed by Data#3 for select software vendors, please refer to the Essential + or Premium services.
Going a step further than the Essential service, the Essential + variant includes Data#3’s expertise to ensure the compliance reporting in the Snow platform is accurate.

Data#3’s Managed Services all come with a Service Delivery Manager, and 50 MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes) service credits. MACD’s are 15-minute increments of time, which can be used for specific tasks while under an Asset Management Service.
