• Provide post-training support through our Centre of Excellence engagement. Your training staff will likely have additional questions and require further support as they use and train others in Copilot for M365 more extensively. We’ll be there to help.
• Conduct a Microsoft 365 Copilot Training Evaluation to measure the effectiveness of, and gauge your overall satisfaction with the program. This will help identify any areas for improvement or follow-up and in outlining next steps.
