If your devices are covered by Microsoft Surface Onsite Repair, please use the Microsoft Services Hub. Ensure you write in the warranty log description that you have onsite repair, and a technician will be sent to your desired location.
You are unsure of your enrolment, or none of the above apply
If you are unsure of your enrolment or none of the above apply, you can still submit warranty requests through the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
How do I escalate any warranty requests?
