• Offer ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions to equip staff with the knowledge and confidence required for sharing expertise on the effective use of Copilot for M365 (Optional).
• Provide post-training support through our Centre of Excellence engagement. Your training staff will likely have additional questions and require further support as they use and train others in Copilot for M365 more extensively. We’ll be there to help.
• Conduct a Copilot for M365 Training Evaluation to measure the effectiveness of, and gauge your overall satisfaction with the program. This will help identify any areas for improvement or follow-up and in outlining next steps.
