Teams Rooms

This session is specifically designed to enable end users to gain a full and confident understanding of Teams Rooms. Topics include hardware and functionality overview, booking and joining meetings, presenting content effectively, collaborating via Whiteboard, ad-hoc calling and Bluetooth beaconing; as well as wireless screen presentation.

Teams Calling

This session enables end users to quickly and easily transition from traditional PSTN calling to Teams calling. All aspects of Teams calling are covered, ensuring any calling migration is an immediate success. Topics include Teams Calling overview, getting setup (including managing delegates, noise cancelling, ringtones, adding contacts to groups), making calls (including controls, hold, transferring, parking calls and adding additional people) and accessing voicemail.
