Data#3 Receives Top Honours at Cisco Partner Summit for Marketing Excellence

November 12, 2019; Brisbane, Australia: Leading Australian technology services and solutions provider, Data#3, today announced that it has been named as APJC Marketing Partner of the Year at Cisco Partner Summit, which took place in Las Vegas last week.

The company was awarded the accolade for its partnership approach with Cisco in helping customers to achieve their desired business and technology outcomes. Customer experience is at the forefront of the joint Data#3 and Cisco strategy. Together, the companies are working to better understand and serve customers through the use of data and analytics and customer success methodologies. The teams have been part of a joint innovation project to share knowledge and to implement a best practice approach.

Data#3 Chief Marketing Officer, Garrett MacDonald, commented, “I’m incredibly proud to take home this award. With digital transformation on every company’s agenda, business leaders find it challenging to keep up with industry and technology trends. We know they are spending a large amount of time learning independently online and are overwhelmed with the vast amount of information in the market. We’ve placed significant importance in understanding customers so that we can provide them with the best experience and help to navigate the complexities associated with their decision making. This focus puts the customer at the centre of everything that we do. Congratulations to the Data#3 and Cisco teams on this fantastic achievement.”

Data#3 is a Cisco Master Partner and helps its customers to overcome technology challenges and achieve business objectives with the right mix of consulting, technical expertise, industry partnerships, combined with Cisco’s market-leading technology.
