Our Commitment to Gender Equity
We actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, with female representation at Data#3 exceeding industry averages across our overall workforce composition and within in our Key Management Personnel (KMP) and Board Level Groups.
Further, in alignment with our Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Policies, we remain committed to ensuring that all employees have equal access to career progression based on merit.
While we have made progress, and over the last 12 months have been able to reduce the Gender Pay Gap calculated by WGEA, we recognise there is more to do. Moving forward, we will:
• Review pay structures to ensure alignment with diversity and inclusion goals.
• Enhance transparency and rigor in remuneration reviews.
• Diversify talent pipelines to attract and retain female talent.
• Provide targeted development and networking opportunities.
We are committed to reducing our gender pay gap and will continue to monitor, report, and refine our initiatives. We appreciate WGEA’s role in supporting workplace gender equality and will leverage its guidance to drive further progress.
