Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment

Microsoft 365 Copilot will revolutionise your workplace, improving productivity across the suite and allowing your team to focus on generating value for your organisation. However, if you’re not prepared adequately, Microsoft 365 Copilot can also open a can of worms you would rather stayed closed.

Data^#3’s Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment helps you prepare for deployment so that you’re ready to leverage its full potential. As part of the assessment, we will:

• ASSESS possible oversharing of information in your Microsoft 365 tenant, data sources you would like to use with Microsoft 365 Copilot, your organisational readiness and other aspects that effect your ability to effectively roll out Copilot for M365.
• IDENTIFY the gaps and potential risks in your Microsoft 365 tenant that may affect adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• DEMONSTRATE an overview of our findings across information governance, organisational change management and the Microsoft 365 platform. We’ll also provide a high-level roadmap to get your organisation Microsoft 365 Copilot-ready.

At the end of this engagement, we’ll create a Readiness Assessment Report for you, articulating our key findings and recommendations. The purpose of this report is to provide guidance and support to the key stakeholders responsible for planning, implementing and managing your Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment. The report covers three main areas:

• Information Governance explores the potential instances of sensitive information oversharing in your M365 tenant. These may be discovered by users when they begin leveraging the power of Microsoft 365 Copilot to summarise information, generate content and generally interact with information in M365. We also provide high level recommendations about your M365 tenant to help you understand how to get your information under control.
• Organisational Change Management provides recommendations on how to facilitate a successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the organisational change required. We examine the current state of your organisational change management capability and provide high-level recommendations for communication and training to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• Platform provides high-level recommendations on the licensing model for Microsoft 365 Copilot. This includes integration options for data sources outside of M365 so you can use a wider set of information to inform Microsoft 365 Copilot and enables Copilot for M365 in your environment.

This Readiness Assessment enables you to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions for a smooth and successful deployment.
