  1. This offer is open to all Surface Customer Add (SCA) customers on the Microsoft Not-For-Profit (NFP) list who reach a 50 unit buy break by June 30, 2024.
  2. The 50 unit buy break refers to a purchase of at least 50 units of the company’s product(s) by June 30, 2024.
  3. This promotion applies to qualifying Surface products only.
  4. The 2% rebate will be calculated based on the total purchase amount of the qualifying transaction(s) and will be up to a maximum of USD$20,000.
  5. For eligible customers who are on the NFP SCA list who qualify, the rebate amount will be provided to the customer in the form of an invoice credit. Note that a customer not on the NFP SCA list can still gain access to NFP pricing, but the rebate will not apply.
  6. The charity must be a Microsoft approved registered Not-For-Profit (NFP).
  7. The offer is limited to one 2% rebate per customer, noting that Surface Starter Kit, ECIF, Surface+ and the Demonstration programs can also apply.
  8. Applicable rebate cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion without prior approval.
  9. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
  10. By participating in this offer, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
