Data#3’s Gold Medal win was awarded in the large category (500+ employees) with the award recognising companies across several different aspects of employee satisfaction.
Based on cumulative scoring across multiple areas, Data#3 was rated highly across a number of categories, including training and professional development, development of strong and effective leaders, work-life balance, and health and wellbeing. The award is a testament to the ongoing commitment of Data#3 to its people, and the prioritisation of employee experience and wellbeing across all facets of the organisation.
Training and Professional Development: The Data#3 learning and development team deliver ongoing training solutions across a variety of topics and programs. As an organisation, in just six months Data#3 staff undertook over 40 face to face workshops,150 individual coaching sessions and 5000 hours of learning.
