The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services and devices during the past year. Awards were classified in various categories, with honourees chosen from a set of more than 3,900 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide.
Data#3 was recognised for providing outstanding ‘as a Service solutions, including Data#3’s Device as a Service (DaaS) and Meeting Room as a Service, through which customers can convert their Capex spend to Opex, gain agility and free up resources. These lifecycle solutions provide cradle-to-grave services, including financing, procurement, installation and/or deployment, managed services and disposal that can be bundled with software subscriptions.
“We observed the market shift to the modern device management construct with a customer desire to procure devices using a lifecycle approach. Customers are seeking a service that frees up resources and cash flow to direct to other initiatives, and provides a predictable cost basis,” said Paula Fountain, National Practice Manager for DaaS at Data#3.
