Data#3 – Sink or SOC: interactive incident response in the age of AI

This interactive tabletop session puts the audience in the driver’s seat of an AI-enabled cyber incident.  Audience participants will navigate five key decision points as a modern, realistic attack unfolds.  After each decision point, we reveal consequences and unpack the best response, including why the other options fail in real organisations. The session is designed to give you practical decision-making advice under pressure, and finishes with clear, actionable takeaways on reducing the attacker’s window of opportunity through governance, visibility and SOC-ready runbooks. Expect high energy, rapid learning and a memorable story that shifts AI security from hype into practical action.

Data#3 – A new era in the evolution of hybrid cloud

This session explores how organisations are rethinking workload placement through a hybrid-by-design lens, balancing sovereignty, security, latency, cost and cloud economics while also factoring in AI workload demands and rising VMware licensing pressures. Using a practical decision framework, it examines when to modernise to containers and managed services versus alternative virtualisation platforms, and includes a live demo of Azure Local connected to Azure Public Cloud via Azure Arc to show what “right workload, right location” looks like in practice.

Data#3 – The future is now: what’s next for your teams and why it matters

After a day of solving real problems, it’s time to look ahead.

Join Data#3 Chief Technology Officer, Graham Robinson, as he explores the technology landscape of 2027 and beyond. Discover how AI‑native and agentic architectures will transform the way teams build, how autonomous infrastructure will redefine managed services, how quantum‑resistant security will reshape compliance, and how hybrid cloud will evolve into a fully distributed, edge‑connected ecosystem.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s ahead and practical guidance on how to position your organisation to lead through change rather than react to it. The organisations that will shape the future are the ones preparing for it today.
