Last month, #TeamD3 ran our first in-person hackathon, BotQuest, in partnership with Microsoft. Facilitated as a hands-on way to explore what agentic work could look like in our day-to-day, teams came together to build and prototype AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Agents, testing what’s possible when you move beyond theory and start building real workflows.
The ideas the teams came up with were impressive, but the real highlight was watching people collaborate, experiment and genuinely enjoy the process. When you give people the space to explore and learn, they rise to it. It was a great reminder of what’s possible when curiosity takes the wheel.
