Data#3 Named as Finalist in Four Australian HR Award Categories

Leading Australian technology services and solutions provider, Data#3, today announced its finalist ranking in four categories in the 2020 Australian HR Awards.

Nominated a finalist in the categories of Australian HR Director of the Year, Best Learning & Development Program, Best Health & Well Being Program and Best Use of Technology, Data#3 is amongst over 170 competitive finalists across Australia.

Based on a comprehensive submission, review and research process, the Australian HR Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the country’s top HR leaders, companies and teams. All finalist candidates will undergo a panel-led judging and validation process based on submissions, with the winners announced later this year.

Data#3 has previously achieved finalist rankings across multiple categories, in 2019 achieving placement in the Australian HR Director of the Year, Best Learning & Development Program, and Best Health & Well Being Program categories. In April 2020, Data#3 was awarded a Gold Medal Employer of Choice through HRD Magazine.

“We’re thrilled to be named a finalist in the HR 2020 Award Categories, in recognition of the robust people and culture programs and technology platforms we offer across our organisation. As a company, our vision is to harness the power of people and technology, and we know that these offerings and programs are a core component of bringing that vision to life,” said Laurence Baynham, Data#3 Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director.

Tash Macknish, Group Manager, Organisational Development and HR at Data#3 commented “As an organisation, we know that our people are our strongest asset. The human element in business cannot be underestimated, and at Data#3 we are proud to have built a portfolio of platforms, programs and extensive offerings for our staff. Our retention rate speaks for itself: with over 40% of Data#3 staff having been with the business for over five years and over 30% for over seven years, the loyalty and satisfaction amongst our people speaks to the collaborative and supportive working environment we’ve worked hard to foster.”

Highlights of the Data#3 submissions include a year on year consistent increase in overall staff satisfaction rating, the launch of a bespoke learning and development platform to deliver tailored learning solutions to staff, a robust health and wellbeing program, and the strategic pursuit of a collaboratively-focused digital culture.
