Based on a comprehensive submission, review and research process, the Australian HR Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the country’s top HR leaders, companies and teams. All finalist candidates will undergo a panel-led judging and validation process based on submissions, with the winners announced later this year.
Data#3 has previously achieved finalist rankings across multiple categories, in 2019 achieving placement in the Australian HR Director of the Year, Best Learning & Development Program, and Best Health & Well Being Program categories. In April 2020, Data#3 was awarded a Gold Medal Employer of Choice through HRD Magazine.
