Terms & Conditions 

• Offer valid for Microsoft-managed not-for-profit customers only. Eligibility is subject to confirmation by Microsoft.   

• Minimum order of 50 Surface devices required (any model) and available to first 5 customers who reach minimum units purchased. 

• Devices must be accepted and delivered by 30/6/25 

• Training to be scheduled and delivered between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 

• Training sessions are delivered virtually by a single trainer. Trainer to be allocated by Data^#3.  

• Agenda and outcomes can be tailored within Microsoft’s ECIF guidelines 

• Booking of training is the responsibility of the customer and dependent on availability and notice provided. Data^#3 will work with the customer to use commercially reasonable efforts to make the training available.
