Stage 1: Understand your position

Stage 2: Frame the solution

In cases where the right solution is not immediately obvious or has numerous considerations, it is essential to frame the solution meticulously. This stage is developed to help you navigate through the complexities encountered, aiming to identify a workable solution that is also economically viable. Our team of specialists will:

  • Put together a solution concept
  • Help you understand what “good” looks like and establish quantifiable success measures

On completion of the validation stage, it is best practice for organisations to evaluate the outcomes of these activities against established success criteria and further refine their business case. The delivery of the validation stage activities, involving the engagement of our Professional Services team and typically hands-on in your environment, is a fee-based service.

Stage 4: Architect

Before any solution can be realised, it requires a robust design and plan. The architect stage is crucial for layout of the design and planning elements ahead of implementation activities before the next stage of your journey. The architect stage is an evolution of any prior plans developed during the AAA process, further refined with deeper engagement with business and technical stakeholders. Activities may include:
