Microsoft Surface Hub commitment must be 10 or more units over 9 months for order date
Eligible customers have no more than 1 room of any Microsoft Teams device including Microsoft Surface Hub previously activated
MRP licensing MUST be purchased through CSP
Must be purchased AND activated by 31 December 2021 to qualify for promotion
User adoption training must be completed by 31 January 2022 to qualify for promotion
Customer is entitled to 30 Days of free storage from date of invoice
Installation of hardware must be completed within 5 working days after end of storage period
Standard freight costs apply for metro areas only, additional cost will be quoted for non-metro areas
3rd party installers will be leveraged for physical installation under the guidance of Data^#3
Customer must submit pictures and dimensions of Microsoft Teams Room spaces prior to qualify for this deal.
Any additional power, network points, mounting points or any other form of room remediation required are not the responsibility of Data^#3 or any of its subcontractor. Data^#3 can quote for additional room remediation cost to be added to this offer
Standard 2-year warranty on all hardware supplied: please refer to Manufacturer’s terms and conditions
Offer includes 12 months of Data^#3 proactive monitoring only
Extended Warranty cannot be purchased on Microsoft Surface Hub 2 50”
Stated upfront price is for 12 months only, there will be monthly Microsoft Teams Room Standard or Premium licensing costs from 13 months onwards as well as optional Monitoring, Management and Support ongoing costs
Metro installation costs only. Anything other than a Major Metropolitan area for installation and delivery will incur additional costs
