On Thursday, September 15, an elated Data#3 team took home three ARN ICT Industry Awards. Following a decade of celebrating the industry – alongside 25 years of reporting on it – close to 700 of the country’s standout performers joined ARN for an evening of recognition and achievement.
Data#3’s CEO, Laurence Baynham, received the prestigious honour of being inducted to the Australian ICT Industry Hall of Fame, after 22 years of service with Data#3.
Baynham’s ability to adapt in an ever-changing industry has been the foundation for both his own, and Data#3’s, success.
Data#3 is the only company to have two Hall of Fame inductees. The first was John Grant back in 2008.
ARN’s industry judging panel (130+ judges), as well as previous Hall of Fame inductees, nominated one person from a vendor, distributor and reseller organisation worthy of recognition.
Baynham commented, “I feel privileged to be inducted into the Australian ICT Industry Hall of Fame, and to be recognised alongside many individuals who have pioneered the industry. I also want to thank the fantastic team at Data#3 over the past 22 years. I am proud to represent such an iconic company in a dynamic and vibrant industry.”
Data#3 was also named Enterprise Partner of the Year for the tenth consecutive year, and Channel Choice Partner of the Year for the fifth consecutive year.
