Data^#3 Wins Employer of Choice Award Three Years in a Row

May 03, 2018; Brisbane, Australia: Leading Australian technology provider, Data^#3, is delighted to announce that it has been named as one of Australia’s Best Companies in the 2018 Employer of Choice Awards for the Human Resources Director (HRD) Magazine.

This is the third year in a row that the company has been selected as one of the top performers, based on the results from the independent Employer of Choice survey.

Data^#3 Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Laurence Baynham, commented, “This is a fantastic achievement. Data^#3 was also selected as a high performer in two sub-categories; access to technology, and health and wellbeing.

Data^#3’s Group Manager of Organisational Development and HR, Tash Macknish, commented, “We believe that highly motivated and engaged staff are an asset to any business. If they have the tools and environment to perform at their best, they will drive results and be recognised. This is strongly linked to staff retention and employee satisfaction. Macknish continued, “Last year we participated in a national health and wellbeing survey – the results of this survey provided the strategic direction for our Health and Wellbeing Program. We provided information and activities, such as onsite health checks, yoga, massages and more, that were targeted to improve areas highlighted by the survey, ensuring the ongoing positive health and wellbeing of our staff.”

The Employer of Choice survey is conducted annually and the findings published in the Human Resources Director Magazine.
