What happened?

Data#3 is continuing to investigate recent suspicious activity on our network.

Update on our investigation

Our investigation with the ACSC and external cyber security advisors is continuing.

We have been in direct contact with those who have been impacted and are working closely with these customers to provide assistance and support.

Pending the outcome of our investigation, we may need to take further steps in response to the incident.

What happened?
Data#3 has detected and is investigating recent suspicious activity on our network.

What are we doing?
We have been working closely with the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) and external cyber security advisors to contain the incident and confirm that our wider IT network is secure.

We are in the process of making direct and proactive contact with those who may have been impacted.

Pending the outcome of our investigation, we may need to take further steps in response to the incident.

We will also continue working alongside the ACSC (and any others, as required) as our investigation progresses.
