November 15, 2017; Brisbane, Australia: Data#3 is delighted to announce that it is the recipient of a Cisco Partner Summit Geographical Region award for Lifecycle Management Partner of the Year. Cisco unveiled the winners during its annual partner conference in Dallas, Texas.

Awarded to channel partners who rise to business challenges, the Cisco Partner Summit Global awards recognise superior business practices and reward best-in-class methodologies.

Data#3’s Group Practice Manager, Graham Robinson, and Maintenance Services General Manager, John Tan, attended the four-day summit along with over 4,000 executives from leading global technology companies.

“It is a fantastic achievement to receive this global award, and the win is testament to the dedication and hard work of the Data#3 team. We pride ourselves on delivering superior services to our customers, and it’s great to have Cisco recognise that,” said Robinson.

“Our focus has always been on the customer and how we can increase the value they realise throughout their investment lifecycle. Leveraging 40 years of experience, we designed The Hub – a purpose-built lifecycle management platform. Following its implementation, we’ve helped customers optimise their infrastructure investments and better manage the associated risks. I’m delighted to accept this award on behalf of the entire Data#3 team,” said Tan.

Areas of consideration for the award include innovative processes, architecture-led successes, strategic business outcome-focused programs, seizing new opportunities, and sales approaches. As a Cisco Gold and Master Partner, Data#3 has wide-ranging expertise in the design, installation, adoption, and ongoing support of Cisco technologies.
