Brisbane, Australia — Tuesday 12 June 2007. Data#3 Limited (ASX:DTL) today announced it has been nominated as a finalist in two categories of Microsoft Corp.’s Worldwide Partner of the Year Awards.

Winners for the 2007 Microsoft Partner Program Awards, which recognise top Microsoft Partners delivering market-leading, Microsoft-based solutions, will be announced July 11 in Denver, Colorado at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference.

This year is the third year in a row that Data#3 has been recognised as a global leader in Advanced Infrastructure, and reinforces the organisations strength in Software Asset Management following last year’s success winning the global award.

Commenting on today’s finalist announcement, John Grant, Managing Director, Data#3 Limited, said, “We are delighted to be finalists once again this year. Being nominated as a finalist in multiple categories over consecutive years illustrates that our commitment to expertise, and building customer centric ICT solutions is the right one. Microsoft are one of our key vendors and we look forward to building on this already strong relationship.”

Awards will be presented in a number of categories, with winners chosen from a pool of more than 1,800 entrants worldwide. The Licensing Solutions, Software Asset Management Partner of the Year award recognises partners that consistently seek to innovate their SAM solutions and services and provide ongoing attention to customer service excellence. The winning partner will have an innovative licensing solution, and has used services and marketing strategies to provide outstanding service, as well as demonstrated results.

The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Exchange Migration and Deployment Partner of the Year award recognises partners with proven expertise in responding to the challenges of providing secure, reliable, anytime, anywhere access to email. “We have a diverse and talented partner ecosystem that each year raises the bar in the design and deployment of customer solutions built on Microsoft technologies,” said Allison L. Watson, corporate vice president, Microsoft Worldwide Partner Group. “We are pleased to recognise Data#3 as one of our partners leading the field in these categories.”

The Microsoft Partner Program Awards recognise Microsoft Partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions over the past year.
