Data#3 establishes emergency response center to assist those customers affected by Queensland floods

As a proud Queensland headquartered organisation, Data#3 wants to help our fellow Queensland businesses get back to normal operations as quickly as possible.  With the scale of the flood emergency it is sometimes difficult to know where to start.  Data#3 have created a specific team to assist organisations with identifying the support they need and develop a plan to help them get back to being productive.

Our Customer Emergency Response Centre (CERC) can help customers by:

  • Reviewing how your business and general operations have been affected by the flood disaster
  • Advising how Data#3 can best assist, and
  • Develop/Support an action plan to get you operational as soon as possible

While each organisations recovery requirements will be different, we have taken steps to prepare for action in each of the following areas:

  • Rapid supply of replacement ICT equipment
  • Identified availability of skilled resources to support re-establishment of services
  • Availability of consulting resources to determine a plan of action for recovery
  • Options for facilities that have been affected
