Over a number of years within the IT industry, Leon has worked as a Helpdesk manager, re-seller, vendor and distributor across a number of specialized areas, namely software, hardware, services and cloud. More recently Leon has been focused on Microsoft’s Public Cloud – Azure.


Logan Daley

Logan joined the Data#3 team as an Information Assurance Specialist in October 2016. Prior to this, Logan was the National Security Practice Leader for an Australian systems integrator and a Solutions Architect for IBM at Westpac in New South Wales. Originally from Canada, Logan was a leading Senior Security and Network Architect for several large and complex projects for the Government of Canada including Defence and Financial departments.

Logan’s role at Data#3 is focused on working alongside customers to review, design, and implement secure solutions within complex and critical environments. With a passion for security and risk assurance, Logan’s key skills are risk identification, impact analysis, and developing strategies to address risks with a focus on business outcomes and objectives for our clients.

Logan is also a well-known blogger with a knack for presenting incredibly detailed information in a way that can be understood at all levels of your business, from the server room to the boardroom. His posts on social media, such as LinkedIn, are viewed by tens of thousands and his published articles on cybersecurity are thought-provoking, enlightening, and entertaining.

Being as comfortable in a data centre as presenting before key executives in a boardroom, Logan possesses excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to easily interpret between the technical elements and business aspects of our customers.

Marco Luske is a Senior Systems Engineer for Veeam in Queensland. Marco has 25+ years’ experience in the IT industry and has recently joined Veeam from Dell EMC. His experience and focus over the years in a Solution Architect and Pre-Sales capacity has been across diverse technologies such as Novell Netware, Microsoft, storage infrastructure as well as server and desktop virtualisation at a variety of integrators and IT vendors. His most recent experiences prior to joining Veeam have been with Citrix Systems and Dell EMC as a Pre-Sales Consultant covering desktop virtualisation and enterprise infrastructure.

Arming businesses with the right technology mix is Mark’s forte. For the last decade, Mark has been immersed in HP, managing the value add product range across the entire HP family. His appetite and enjoyment for IT is matched only by his technical ability. Security has rocketed to the top as a focus area for Mark of late. Particularly, the impact it has on day-to-day operations and how HP can support businesses in mitigating as many of these security risks as possible. Matt is responsible for managing the technical go-to-market and enablement for NetApp solutions across its public, private, hybrid and multi-cloud portfolio. He leads a cross-functional pre-sales and solution architect team across APAC who specialise in NetApp’s latest products and solutions.


Michael Bowser

Having joined Data#3 in 1987, Michael Bowser has worked in a number of critical leadership roles for the company including; technical services, services management, sales, pre-sales management and business management. After a number of years as the New South Wales and Queensland General Manager, Michael then moved on to lead the Data#3 Shared Services Division, utilising his extended skills and intimate understanding of the company.

2014 provided Mike the opportunity to lead a key Line of Business for Data#3 and he was announced as General Manager – Managed Solutions. The following year, Michael was then appointed as Executive General Manager – Services, the position he holds today. Michael is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Nick Engelman

Nick Engelman is a business technologist with 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. He began his career as a ground-floor member of the Australian startup anti-virus company Cybec in the early 1990s, where the team implemented a CD/CI pipeline well before anyone knew that was a thing. Nick has spent a number of years working in the Digital transformation space, and has a continuing delight in the IT industry, where continual learning is not just a necessity, but also a joy.


Noel Fairclough

Noel Fairclough is a modern workplace Principal Consultant specialising Microsoft 365. Noel has delivered many desktop transformation projects for Data#3 since joining in 2008 and has more recently assist customers in adopting Windows 10, Microsoft Intune and new modern management methods.

Pete is responsible for the establishment and operation of Pure Storage’s strategic Asia Pacific channel partners. Prior to joining Pure Storage, Pete was Regional Director at Dimension Data for 13 years, bringing this in-channel experience to Pure Storage. Pete plays saxophone, and is on the board of two charities.


Peter Heydon

Peter leads Data#3’s Data, Analytics & AI. He specialises in helping organisations maximise the use of their data to address problems around customer engagement, empowering employees, optimising operations as well as improvement to products and services. He achieves this by taking a consultative approach to helping clients achieve business outcomes.


Philip Dimitriu

Philip Dimitriu joined Sophos in late 2019 as Director of Systems Engineering, Australia and New Zealand. Based in Melbourne, he is responsible for leading the operations and development of the regional systems engineering team, focusing on driving solutions with channel partners within large enterprises, commercial, SMB and government accounts.

Philip has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and security industry and has worked with companies such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point Software and Symantec. Through his work he has developed an extensive understanding of enterprise security, channel-focused collaboration and relationship building. Philip’s security background and team collaboration skills have enabled him to add value and drive success for the businesses he’s worked with.


Ramon Valery

Ramon Valery is ANZ Senior Channel System Engineer for Rubrik, a Multi-Cloud Data Control company responsible for delivering technical enablement to the partner community. Ramon is a technology ambassador across multiple levels in the cloud industry with experience in various leading organisation including VMware, Nimble Storage, HPE and now Rubrik.


Richard Dornhart

Richard Dornhart, Data#3’s Security Practice Manager has more than 15 years’ experience in information security. He has a deep understanding of the evolving security threat landscape and the security challenges effecting organisations today.

The primary focus of Richard’s role is to drive the development, growth and adoption of Data#3’s security solution across a wide range of customers from large enterprise and government through to the commercial and SMB market. Before joining Data#3, Richard’s experience included leading the core security regional product management team for Symantec in APJ.

With experience covering a variety of positions including system engineer, pre-sales support, technical account management, enterprise sales, and practice management, Richard has a unique combination of both technical and business development skills.

Stuart Long

Stuart Long is Chief Technology Officer and Enterprise Architect Manager of Enterprise and Public Sector for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in South Pacific.

Leveraging the latest technology from HPE’s Hybrid IT Product Portfolio, Stuart leads a team of Technologist and Enterprise Architects in designing solutions that help customers transform their IT environments.

Prior to his current role, Stuart was Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director of Systems Sales Consulting for Oracle Systems Asia Pacific and Japan.

With over 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region he possesses a wealth of knowledge in Solution Design and IT Architecture.

Stuart holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Business Law from Macquarie University Australia.
