This event is a space for agencies to share knowledge and experiences on key challenges in an increasingly asynchronous workplace. Our topic for this session will be: Collaborating in the Cloud – How do we stay productive?, with a spotlight on agencies leveraging Mural alongside Microsoft Teams.
In the 2019 Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) survey, as few as 8% of the population had formal working from home arrangements. In 2020, that number increased to 40% in a matter of weeks, leaving employers with little choice but to rapidly upskill and upgrade their technology capabilities.
In 2022, Government Departments and industry are accepting a new status quo, where a majority of the workforce expects to work from anywhere. This presents an opportunity for Government and businesses alike to refine and optimise their processes to help staff be more productive.
One key barrier is how do we help teams stay productive without the benefits of in-person interactions?
Data#3 are fortunate to work with many Government Departments that demonstrate excellent innovation in this area. Steph Homewood from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, and Jane Robey at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, have kindly agreed to discuss their approach to improving collaboration across remote and hybrid-work projects.
Please join us for this interactive roundtable discussion, moderated by Data#3 and Mural. All registered attendees will receive a link to a Mural page and are encouraged to share their thoughts for this discussion
