What is an Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement?

An Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement (ETLA) is a three year term that allows councils to buy their Adobe licensing with the following benefits:

• Best possible price available (up to 40% off) – exclusively through Data^#3
• Three year committed price lock – avoid price rises, easier to budget
• One purchase order per council, per year with the ability to true-up at every anniversary
• Comprehensive access to the latest product versions (includes maintenance and support)
• Offline solution with no requirements for Online/Cloud services (excluding E-sign)
• Support (Customer Service, Technical Support, Expert Services)
