Corporate Governance
In accordance with the ASX Listings Rules and with their "Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations", Data#3 has established policies and procedures that focus on continuous disclosure and improving information for all investors. Company Reports
As a publicly listed company, Data#3 are required to disclose particular transactions to the Australian Stock Exchange.

Shareholder Enquiry Services
Data#3 Investors can now view information about their shareholdings online using the Link Market Services Shareholder Enquiry Facility.
Access to the Shareholder Enquiry Facility is available to all Data#3 shareholders. Using this facility shareholders can view their holding balances and other holder details, get dividend information, and link directly to the ASX to view share prices.
There are also printable forms to use for:
- Change of address
- Direct credit instructions
- Annual reporting distribution instructions
- Quoting a Tax File Number, Australian Business Number, or exemption.
