People Satisfaction Survey

Every year Data#3 conducteds an annual People Satisfaction Survey. The survey provides our staff with the opportunity to have a say on:

  • how they see Data#3 as an employer, which allows us to better meet their needs;
  • whether we do what we say, which serves as a reality check for us;
  • how management and the business supports what they do for our customers, which allows us to direct our efforts;
  • how they think we work together, which identifies where we can do better;
  • how they perceive their opportunity, which sharpens our focus on creating paths for development;
  • how they see Data#3 in the market in which we operate, in order for us to improve as a partner for our customers;
  • how they believe we serve our customers, which lets us develop improvements;
  • what they think of what we offer our customers, so that we can direct our efforts more.

We have made many changes right across the business as a result of previous surveys. These have included changes to premises, improvements in the technology we use, improvements to our employee benefits program and changes to the way we communicate internally and externally in an ongoing effort to ensure the job satisfaction of our employees.
