Data#3’s Logistics and Supply chain department forms an integral part of our business with over 25 years of procurement services experience.
We have Integration facilities at Darra, Silverwater and continue to expanded into Victoria at Mulgrave. Our Integration facilities are state of the art and form a vital link in our Organisations Supply Chain and each one is attached to the local warehouse facility making movement of goods as efficient as possible. All these facilities provide storage, staging and configuration services across multiple product brands.
Working in our Logistics and Supply chain departments will provide you with a variety of opportunities for advancement from Warehouse through to Procurement. There are also over time opportunities for our employees to develop in their career and certify with internationally recognised providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, ITSM, CompTia and others.
The Logistics and Supply chain departments use a custom built in house system that enable us to have a live view of all orders and shipments.
Testimony to the efficiency of this supply chain is four measures from our own systems which we are proud of and deliver benefits to our customers:
- Average order turnaround from time of entry of order to shipment this financial year has been 3.2 days
- Our internal ‘cost per transaction’ has consistently reduced year on year to be best in class as confirmed by our vendors
- We have had no losses of stock recorded at any of our half year external audits for 6 years
- Our supply chain team of professionals are remunerated on order fulfilment accuracy and turnaround, ensuring that there is continued focus on quality & continual business improvement
