Distribution and Transport Case Study

Due to the geographically dispersed coal division of QRNational, the company required a technology solution that would solve problems with communication and information sharing causing decreased productivity, whilst also streamlining the process for customers to book rail transport.

The connectivity solution Data#3 implemented included the development of a prototype online collaboration portal for distributed staff using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
